Scale
Main Ingredients
- 10-ounce bag fresh baby spinach, roughly chopped
- 13-ounce can quartered artichoke hearts, chopped and drained
- 8-ounce brick low-fat cream cheese, cut into cubes
- 1 cup light sour cream or plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/3 cup finely chopped onion (white or red)
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt
Instructions
- Combine Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients until well mixed, ensuring the cream cheese cubes are evenly distributed with the spinach, artichokes, sour cream or Greek yogurt, cheeses, onion, garlic, and seasonings.
- Transfer to Slow Cooker: Transfer the mixture to your slow cooker, spreading it out evenly to prepare for cooking.
- Cook Dip: Cover and cook on low heat for 2 to 3 hours or on high for 1 hour. Cook until the cheeses are fully melted and the dip is hot throughout.
- Stir and Serve: Stir the dip thoroughly to blend all ingredients smoothly before serving warm. Pair it with your favorite dippers such as chips, crackers, or fresh vegetables.
Notes
- For a creamier dip, opt for light sour cream over Greek yogurt.
- You can substitute low-fat cream cheese with regular cream cheese for a richer flavor.
- Adjust the garlic and pepper amount based on your taste preference.
- Keep the slow cooker on warm setting if not serving immediately to maintain the dip’s temperature.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
